Dan Conerd is the founder of Starboy Creative, where he helps small businesses grow through strategic web design, SEO, and branding. With more than 15 years of experience, he combines creative thinking with technical expertise to build websites that drive real business results. As a service-disabled veteran and entrepreneur, Dan brings a mission-focused approach and a commitment to helping clients succeed online.
Carla helps make sense of the messy middle: complicated decisions, unclear messaging, and big ideas that need a clear path forward. She steps in when the message isn't landing, the story isn't connecting, or the next move isn't obvious. With 25+ years in brand strategy, content, and communications, she helps businesses find the right words before they invest time and money building everything around the wrong ones.
Elise joined Starboy Creative after nearly a decade working alongside Dan in the SaaS world. With a background in content-driven SEO and project management, she helps keep projects moving and ensures every detail aligns with client goals. Outside of work, she's a mom of two, a certified pediatric sleep consultant, and an enthusiastic supporter of her husband's beer bar venture, The Whale.
Ian Last is Starboy Creative's Project Manager and Dan's trusted right-hand man. With more than 8 years of project management experience, Ian has a talent for keeping projects organized, teams aligned, and deadlines on track. Known for his attention to detail, clear communication, and problem-solving mindset, he helps ensure every project runs smoothly from kickoff to launch. Simply put, if something needs to get done, Ian is the guy who makes it happen.
Alexia is the marketing strategist at Starboy Creative, bridging big-picture vision with the strategy and execution needed to bring it to life. With a background in brand strategy and web design, she blends creativity and structure to build marketing systems that actually perform. Based in Northwest Arkansas, she’s focused on creating cohesive brand experiences that connect, convert, and support sustainable growth. She thrives on turning ambitious ideas into clear, actionable strategy—with an energy drink never too far away.

I’m a passionate graphic & web designer with 15+ years of experience designing websites. Like you, I’m also an entrepreneur, I’ve owned and operated a high-volume screen printing company and created an English as a second language e-learning program. In each of my businesses, a high-performing website was the key to success.
I’ve been fascinated with coding and design since I was a kid. In the days of dial up modems I was the 13 year old coding out on a farm in the middle of Iowa. Internet wasn’t always easy to come by, but I was hooked. I pursued other business ventures in my 20s and 30s, but each time, my journey led me back to designing websites.
I’ve been building websites, brands, and diving deep into social media marketing full time since 2013. I have a keen eye for detail and focus on the user experience. I work closely with my clients to craft customized solutions which perfectly match their vision.
Whether it’s a simple landing page or a complex e-commerce platform, my designs are always tailored to meet your specific requirements.
I'm also a service-disabled veteran. That part of my story shows up in how I work mission-focused, detail obsessed, and committed to delivering what I promised, when I promised it.
