We use Moxie & Stripe for all of our customer processes and flow management in order to keep everything super organized so every project can stay on track. We use it for invoices, secure payments, contracts, scheduling, and more.

3) The Design Process

Designing a website, no matter how big or small, is an extensive process that can be overwhelming. To better help you understand what to expect during the design and development, I’ve outlined my process into 3 steps:

Planning & Discovery

This initial step involves understanding the client’s goals, target audience, and the website’s purpose. It includes identifying key features, functionalities, and the overall scope of the project.

Design & Development

We’ll ensure that the website’s design is visually appealing, user-friendly/mobile-friendly, and aligns with your goals before moving to the final step.

Testing & Launch

The final step involves testing the website’s functionality, including testing links, forms, and user interfaces, to ensure that it is bug-free and fully functional. Once the website is fully tested and approved, it is launched, and we’ll provide ongoing support, maintenance, and updates to ensure the website’s continued success based on one of the 3 maintenance plans that you opted for.

3) Wrapping Up & Launching the site!

After the website is ready for launch, we will remove any unnecessary plugins, pages, images, and backend files to optimize its performance. We will also back up and save the new site locally, enabling us to restore it if necessary in the future. Please note that it may take between 24-48 hours for the new site to appear on some devices. Some computers may require a refresh to view the new site, while most computers will display the site immediately, depending on their WiFi connection and proximity to the website’s server location.

To ensure the security of your passwords, we will send your website logins and all credentials. However, we advise you to save all login details for your records as well. Your logins and passwords will be saved locally for safekeeping.

Upon completion, we will provide you with a link to our “moving forward” page, which includes tips and tricks on how to use your new website.

Don't forget!

Don’t forget to fill out the website strategy questionnaire that was sent to you. We can’t start on anything until we receive those answers.
