Is the $2,000 really credited back if I move forward?
Yes — 100%, no fine print. If you decide to move forward with a Starboy Creative website project after your Blueprint, the full $2,000 is applied as a credit toward your first invoice.
The Blueprint pays for itself. You essentially get a $2,000 strategy session for free if we work together long-term — and a full deliverable to take elsewhere if we don't.
What if I don't move forward with Starboy?
That's totally fine — and we wouldn't take it personally. The Blueprint is yours either way. You're free to implement it yourself, hand it to your team, or take it to another provider.
The point of the Blueprint isn't to lock you in. It's to give you clarity on what your business actually needs. If we're not the right fit for execution, we'd rather know early.
How is this different from a regular discovery call?
Discovery calls are free, usually 15–30 minutes, and mostly serve the agency (qualifying you as a lead). The Blueprint is the opposite: 2+ hours of focused strategic work, with deliverables you keep, designed to serve YOU.
Free calls are good for asking surface-level questions. The Blueprint is for serious business decisions where the answer matters.
How long does the whole engagement take?
3 to 4 weeks total. Week 1 is the workbook. Week 2 is our 90-minute session. Within 10 business days of our session, you receive your full Blueprint. A few days after that, we meet for the follow-up review call.
If you're on a tighter timeline, let me know during booking — I can sometimes accelerate, but the workbook prep is critical and shouldn't be rushed.
What kinds of businesses do you typically work with?
Established service businesses — typically with 10+ employees and revenue that signals real traction. Med spas, professional services, multi-location businesses, healthcare brands, and premium service providers are our sweet spot.
If you're early-stage or pre-revenue, the Blueprint may be too much, too soon. Let's talk first to confirm fit.
Can I add multiple add-ons?
Yes, as many as you want. Pricing is additive — for example, GBP Audit ($300) + Competitor Keyword Map ($300) + Brand Voice ($400) = $3,000 total Blueprint engagement.
Add-ons can be added at booking or after your strategy session, once we've identified which would create the most impact for your specific situation.
What if I need a more comprehensive engagement?
If after our session it's clear you need ongoing strategic work, we can transition into a custom retainer relationship — or a full website subscription that includes ongoing strategy.
The Blueprint is often the entry point to a longer engagement, but never the requirement. You'll never be pressured to expand the scope.
Do you offer payment plans?
The Growth Blueprint is a one-time $2,000 payment, invoiced after you sign the agreement. We accept all major cards and ACH via Stripe.
If cash flow is a concern, we can discuss splitting into two payments (one at booking, one at session). Just ask during your intro call.
