The most common questions we hear before kicking off a new project. If yours isn't here, just ask.
How long does a website project actually take?
Most projects launch within 3 to 8 weeks, depending on tier and scope. Launchpad projects average around 3 weeks. Orbit (most clients) lands around 4–5 weeks. Mission Critical projects with custom integrations can run 6–8 weeks.
Timing depends mostly on how fast you can review feedback and provide content. We'll lock in a clear timeline before kickoff — no moving targets.
What if I don't have copy, photos, or content ready?
Totally normal — most clients are in this boat. We'll help with content strategy, guide you through what's needed, and can recommend copywriters and photographers from our network if you need them.
If you want us to handle copy directly, that's a custom add-on we can quote separately.
Do you handle hosting, domains, and email setup?
Yes to all three. We can set you up on our recommended hosting (separate monthly Care Plan), handle your DNS and domain configuration, and help configure your email through Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
If you already have hosting and want to keep it, we can work with that too. We'll let you know if your current host is going to cause performance issues.
What happens after the site launches?
Every package includes 30–90 days of post-launch support depending on tier — bugs fixed, questions answered, small tweaks made.
After that, most clients move onto a Care Plan (managed hosting, backups, updates, security) and/or a Local SEO retainer to keep the site ranking and growing. Both are optional.
Can I edit the site myself after launch?
Yes — that's the point. We build on WordPress with Divi specifically so you have full control of your content.
You'll also get a custom video walkthrough specific to your site that you can reference anytime.
What if I'm not happy with the design?
Our process is built to prevent that. We start with a strategy phase before any visuals, then deliver design mockups for the homepage first — you approve direction before we build the rest. Revisions are baked into every tier.
If we hit a true mismatch in vision, we'll talk it through honestly and adjust. We've never had a client walk away unhappy — and we don't plan to.
Do you only work with clients in Asheville?
No. We're based in Asheville, but we work with clients across North Carolina, the Southeast, and nationwide. Most of our work happens over Zoom, Loom, and email — geography doesn't matter.
That said, if you're local to Western NC, in-person meetings are available.
