I'm already a Starboy client — do I need to do anything?
Nope. Everything on this page is already included in your monthly subscription. Hosting, updates, security, backups, monitoring — it's all baked in.
You'll never see a separate invoice for care or maintenance. If something on your site needs attention, just reach out — we're already on it.
Do you take on sites you didn't build?
Yes, on a case-by-case basis. We need to make sure your site is built on a platform we can support (WordPress is our specialty) and is in good enough shape to maintain safely.
Send us a link to your site and we'll do a quick review — usually within 24 hours — to confirm we're a good fit before we discuss pricing.
How does the migration process work?
It's smooth and there's no downtime. We start with a 15-minute discovery call to learn about your current setup. Then we handle the full transfer — files, database, DNS, SSL — in the background.
You don't lift a finger. Once we're done, your site lives on our hosting with faster performance and tighter security. Total turnaround: usually under a week.
What's included in the monthly time on each plan?
Each plan includes a set amount of update time per month — small changes like updating hours, swapping photos, edits to existing pages, or adding a team member.
If you need more time for a bigger project (new page, full revamp, custom feature), we offer a discounted hourly rate for current plan members.
Do you offer discounts for multiple sites?
Yes — 20% off every additional site. If you have multiple businesses, locations, or properties, just bundle them onto your account. The discount applies as long as we host and maintain the sites.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan later?
Absolutely. If your site grows or your needs change, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime. Adjustments take effect on your next billing cycle — no fees, no friction.
What if my site gets hacked while on your plan?
It almost never happens — but if a site under our care experiences a security incident, we handle the recovery at no additional cost. That's the whole point of being on a care plan.
Full restore from backup, malware cleanup, hardening to prevent it from happening again. We take security seriously because our clients depend on us to.
Are there contracts? Can I cancel anytime?
No long-term contracts. Monthly plans are exactly that — month-to-month. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice.
